Buying Prints

Ordering

We find that many clients prefer to ring though an order and we are delighted to discuss our images with you at any time prior to order.
To place an order order, please phone (01644 430 004/07917 102693), contact us by email or send your order to the address found on the contact page, letting us know what print/s you are interested in. We will then send you a quote inclusive of packaging and postage and then process your order upon receipt of a cheque, paypal payment or electronic money transfer.
Orders will normally be sent within 28 days of receipt but timings are dependant on what assignment we may be on so for a firm guide on delivery times please contact us.

Shipping and Packaging

Shipping and packaging is not included in the price. Once you have emailed us noting your preferred choice of image/s we will let you know the shipping costs to your address. You should note that it is often difficult to ship framed images overseas.
If you have any queries about any of the above, just give us a ring. We would be more than happy to discuss matters with you at any time.

Our Guarantee

We obviously hope that you will enjoy your print for many years to come. If, however, having reviewed a purchase you are in any way not entirely happy with the image we offer a 100% no quibble full print refund for a 30 day period if the print is returned undamaged. If you find any defects in the print or mounting and framing then please let us know within 7 days.

All our limited edition prints are produced to conservation standards or above on lightfast papers using lightfast inks but if you witness any fading of the image we will replace it for you free of charge.
