Lairig Ghru

What a morning. It was cold, wet and freezing. It was overcast and miserable. I was fed up and just turning to go when the sun shone right along the Lairig Ghru underneath the total cloudbase above. It was a magnificent sight that lasted only a few minutes. I ran to a slightly better location 200m from where I was, set up and captured this image before the conditions disappeared. I suddenly felt very happy and warm inside as I packed up my kit and headed out.
